Manager of operations Susie has spent most of her career in the finance industry, including 15 years spent with Qantas. With a passion for process improvement, corporate experience, and a drive to be forever improving on systems and processes, she brings a wealth of knowledge and dynamic skillset to the role of operations manager at Setlr.

Susie has a keen eye for detail and top-notch organisational skills, making her the perfect fit for her role. She works behind the scenes to allow the team to focus on what they do best – searching for property and negotiating on behalf of clients. She is dedicated to ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and is always looking for areas to improve.

Susie is also the mother of three active boys, and she knows firsthand the value that a buyers agent can bring to someone who is time-poor, running a business and a household!
