Great overall experience with using setlr, we were looking to find our first investment property outside of our state with little to basic understanding of the entire process. Emilio was a massive help in assisting us through the whole process and even after settlement with a very broad understanding of the Brisbane market, more than useful contacts from working in the space and a sincere passion for finding value within the market for his clients. Our property brief wasn't the easiest to navigate as it was quite split and dynamic but Emilio done a perfect job of finding something that ticked all of our boxes and met the two briefs bang in the middle which I didn't even realise would be possible.
